New Widgets section provides free tools for digital production professionals

Have you ever wanted to know how many kilobits per second you could squeeze into two minutes without going over the YouTube 2GB file size limit?  Well, with a little help from a normal calculator and eThree Media's BitrateCalc program, now you can figure it out quickly.

Check out the new eThree Media Widgets area on our web site.  There are currently two tools available:

1) BitrateCalc is freeware that runs natively on Mac or Windows computers.  The program calculates the difference between all the commonly used data denominations to help you with figuring out your bitrate ceilings for storage and conversion purposes.  From bits to Terabytes, it's all in there.

2) Our Aspect Ratio Calculator is available right here on the web site - no need to download anything.  Just plug in your target aspect ratio, and one dimension (width or height) of your image/video.  The calculator will show you the other dimension to make the aspect ratio perfect.

More tools will surely follow as time and needs dictate.  Let us know if you have any suggestions!
