Description

eThree Media developed a completely rebuilt web site for the National Guard Association of Georgia (NGAGA).  The new site replaces the 10-year-old site we had built for NGAGA in 2001.

The design review called for many added and enhanced functions.  These included online payment processing for memberships, event registration and payments, and a new newsletter management system which works to ensure a reduction of duplicate emails, better bounce handling and online archival.  Coupling all of these new features together is a central user login function, which simplifies the filling of forms for the organization's members, and enhances the user database record, which until now was managed manually.  We also added an "intranet" function to the site, where certain registered users can be designated as board members, who may now privately access meeting minutes and other documents.

By taking much of the manual management of the site's day-to-day operations and making them automatic, the director's office can now reallocate valuable time to other efforts on behalf of the organizaiton.
